Old Town is a neighborhood 5 minutes northeast of downtown and 15 minutes west of the East Lansing/Okemos area. The studio is located just east of the Washington/Grand River intersection and just west of the river. Cost: $15 per person. $10 if you are a student, military or senior (65+). If you are NEW to the studio you can get 2 unlimited weeks of yoga for only $20. What to bring: a mat (if you have one), towel, wear tighter pants (yoga pants), tank top, and water. *No speaker, No CE’s, No business meeting.
