Chelsea Holladay, RDH "Honduras Mission 2013" In July 2013, Chelsea spent two weeks traveling in the mountains of Honduras providing dental care to local families on a medical mission trip consisting of 22 members. Together, they treated over 4,000 people! Chelsea will share her first outreach experience with photos and stories. Bring your kleenex, it will be a tear-jerker! Regular meeting courses are free for members of ADHA, ADAA, ADA and are only $20 per hour for non-members. Explain the indications and use of antimicrobial adjuncts to nonsurgical therapy, including patient products for home care. Describe the maintenance protocol for implant patients. Recognize the implant failure and other complications related to implant care. Evaluate the dental hygienist's role in the treatment of the periodontal patient.
